Our Story
Michael A. Holmes, founded HLG after working in several big law firms and recognized there was a better way to serve his clients. Michael took the plunge into making this idea a reality by starting Holmes Law Group in 2018.
The firm focuses its practice on complex business transactions and commercial litigation, from structuring and drafting all the way through trial. The firm holds a core belief that litigation and transactional expertise work together to produce stronger agreements and better strategies for our clients.
HLG's attorneys bring over a decade of experience in a broad range of transactional and litigation disciplines, including contract crafting and negotiations, banking and financial institutions, corporate transactions, construction, risk management, employment, data privacy, cyber security, and more.
The firm distinguishes itself as an asset to any business by having attorneys that care for their client’s business (almost) as much as they do and are the first people they call when legal issues arise.
HLG's attorneys aim to be the lawyers that their community can trust when their business is on the line. The firm is devoted to seeking the welfare of our clients and our city. We are a trusted face in the community that you can trust with your business.
